In addition to teaching, we want to share. A kitchen is first and foremost a meeting place for people who share.
The kitchen is where knowledge and taste come together; a place where you absorb food culture, the secret ingredient in all our recipes.
We are a group of people who share an obsession: to learn something new every day. We know we’ll also learn a lot from you.
And Why SLOW FOOD KITCHEN?
The tenets of Slow Food (a global movement, of which we run the Barcelona chapter) make up our way of eating and teaching: GOOD, CLEAN, FAIR and LOCAL.
